Total mayhem on arrival

After the trip from madrid you have to walk about 2 miles amd take a skytrain to get to customs. There it is total confusion as there is no line but all lines are on their own. It should have been a disney-style maze which then equally divides the visitors over the available agents but we waited an hour to move only 5 feet. Then we changes lines and passed customs in 20 minutes. Totally incorrect but it was an outrage anyhow. Then we were to go to the car rental but the mover was broken down. A line of some 200 people were waiting for a bus to be transported there. We dicided to take a cab but also there it ws chaos, a lot of people never bothered to get in the line and taxis tokk passengers everywhere. How come n organization like MIA cannot organize this.

STOLEN ITEM

An item was stolen from my luggage after it was checked in at Miami International Airport. The torn bag in which the item was stored was found in the luggage upon arrival at my destination. My checked luggage was not searched at the arrival destination. This was not an item to be confiscated so it leads me to conclude that someone stole it.
