Review:I was very surprised by the poor service of this restaurant. As a part of the Leading Hotels of the World, I expected the Setai restaurant would offer excellent service and food quality. I was very surprised to find just the opposite. The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant is also very nice. However, the staff there (although very responsive) were offended when I asked for the Miami Spice menu. Once we mentioned we wanted to order from that menu, our waiter became unresponsive. Furthemore, we were surprised (and almost offended) when we asked for bread (which is not on the menu since its usually included with any meal) but were told that bread was not offered when the Miami Spice menu is ordered - what! I'm surprised that a hotel of this caliber would stoop this low and not spend the $2 cost of bread to make customers feel welcome. All in all, the food was decent, the ambiance very nice, but the service was out of hand. I feel that restaurants should not participate in Miami Spice when they will make customers feel unwelcomed just because they are choosing from this menu.
