Review: We went to the Los Ranchos at "The Falls" right before Christmas. The service was generally poor, slow, and the waitress pretended she couldn't understand English. When I addressed her in near perfect Spanish, she instantly somehow developed the capability to understand English. She then proceeded to screw up the appetizers and deliver the food out of sequence, with my food arriving on time, and my wife's showing up 20 minutes later. So, in summary, if you enjoy lousy service, a waitress with a bad attitude and food that shows up late and unsynchronized, I recommend it highly. Los Ranchos at the Falls Mall should be avoided at all costs!

Review: I've never had a bad meal or service at Los Ranchos. The waiters and waitresses have always been courteous and speak English. The food is excellent. We've never had our meal served late or slow.

Review: I have been going to this restaurant for years. If you go there make sure you order Churrasco that is what they are good at. As for another review who said they have lousy service it is really not that bad. It may have been an off day for the waitress or she may have been new. They have always treated us well.

Review: As for the two other critics the service is highly personal and pretty good. Along with phenomenal service the food is to die for. You can't go wrong with any dish and I would highly recommend anyone to try Los Ranchos.
