Miami International Boat Show
Miami's the boating capital of the world! With an enviable position on the Intracoastal Waterway and Biscayne Bay, Miami is just a short sail away from the marvelous beauty of the Florida Keys. Our natural affinity toward boating shows each year when we host the Miami International Boat Show.

This year's show will be held February 14th-18th at three venues: the Miami Beach Convention Center, the Sea Isle Marina and Yachting Center and the Miamarina at Bayside. Key features of the event include:
  • The Discover Boating Center provides newcomers with all of the information they need to choose a new boat for family fun. It’s staffed by experts who will provide answers to common boating questions and provide you with local resources to get further information.
  • Seminars offered throughout the weekend include topics such as "How to Become a Galley Guru", "Living on 12 Volts", "Yoga for the OnBoard Lifestyle", "Cruising with Pets", "Cruising the Eastern Caribbean", and "Hurricane Moorings".
  • The Kid's Area in the Miami Beach Botanical Garden opens at 10AM each day of the show and runs until 6PM on Thursday and Monday and 8PM Friday through Sunday. When the kids get tired of the boats, they can burn some energy on the Kiddie Rock Wall, Kiddie Combo Bouncer and Slide.
As with many Miami events, parking can always be a challenge. Event organizers are sponsoring a Park and Ride lot at American Airlines arena. Pay $10 a day for parking and you’ll receive complementary use of a shuttle bus to all three venues.

You may purchase tickets in advance if you want to avoid lines at the show. General admission is $16 for adults aged 15 and over (or $30 for a two-day pass). Admission is free for children 12 and under. and $6 for boaters aged 13-15.
