Capital Grille Miami

Capital Grille is your classic American steakhouse, complete with dark wood, starched tablecloths and private wine lockers. It's fitting, therefore, that they specialize in aged beef. When you're guided to your table, you'll walk past their well-stocked meat locker where you'll be able to peruse their impressive variety of cuts.

If you're making your first visit to Capital Grille, allow me to suggest my favorite classic menu:

• The Wedge salad (lettuce, tomato and bleu cheese dressing)
• Lobster bisque (my favorite!)
• Filet mignon prepared and seasoned to your taste
• Pretty much anything off the dessert cart

The service at CG is absolutely outstanding. If you dine there often (once or twice a month), you can easily develop a relationship with a particular server. We’ve done this on several occasions and it’s paid off handsomely. There’s nothing better than taking a client to a restaurant where you’re greeted by name and escorted to your table immediately. Our favorite servers know our tastes, provide gifts from the chef on special occasions, and go out of their way to make every visit special.
