- Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Miami. Everyone in Miami is Irish when we celebrate St.Patrick’s Day on March 17th. If you don’t have plans for this year, consider joining in some of the festivities planned around our city.
- Sony Ericsson 100 (formerly NASDAQ 100). Each March, the Crandon Park Tennis Center on Key Biscayne hosts the world-famous Sony Ericsson 100 tennis tournament. Tickets sell out quickly, so be sure to purchase yours in advance.
- Miami International Film Festival. Miami Dade College hosts the Miami International Film Festival each March, bringing artists from around the world to our city. Venues include the Freedom Tower and the Gusman Center for the Performing Arts.
- Coral Gables Wine and Food Festival. One day each March, Giralda Avenue becomes the site of this charity event featuring food, drink and entertainment.
- Calle Ocho Festival - One week each March, Miami transforms itself into a traditional Latin street festival. Calle Ocho (SW 8th Street) becomes the scene of Carnaval as over a million spectators gather to celebrate in the city’s largest annual party.
- The Fair. March also marks the opening of the Miami Dade County Fair and Exposition (commonly referred to as "The Fair"). This event features rides, food and exhibits and is held at the fairgrounds located at the intersection of Coral Way and SW 112th Avenue.
- The City of Miami Gardens hosts the Jazz in the Gardens Festival each March at Dolphin Stadium. This popular annual event features world-renowned jazz musicians.
