Coral Gables
Just south of downtown Miami lies beautiful Coral Gables, or simply "The Gables" as it's known to natives. This planned section of town is an oasis of quiet stately homes and upscale shopping and restaurants in the heart of Miami. If you're tired of South Beach and the downtown scene and are looking for some classy fun, take a trip to the Gables.

Kendall

In the southwest portion of Miami Dade County, the murky boundaries of Kendall mark an area known for moderate cost suburban living. Kendall Drive (SW 88th Street) hosts a variety of restaurants and retail stores, while the area extending dozens of blocks north and south is home to many city commuters.

Downtown Miami

Downtown Miami is currently the city's business and financial center, but it strives to make a comeback as a residential hub. Condominiums are springing up all over the downtown area in an attempt to revitalize the evenings and weekends and keep commuters from fleeing to the suburbs at 5PM.

Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove is a fun, exciting neighborhood located just south of downtown Miami. Once an independent village, Miami annexed The Grove in the 1920s, making it officially part of the City of Miami. The Grove’s main boundaries are marked by US 1 on the northwest and Biscayne Bay on the east. It’s bounded to the north by the Rickenbacker Causeway and LeJune Road (SW 42nd Avenue) on the south. The Grove is a center for the arts in Miami and boasts a vibrant nightlife.
