Edgardo Rivera - Survivor: Fiji Contestant

Miami’s own Edgardo Rivera stars in the CBS reality series Survivor: Fiji, which begins on Thursday, February 8th. In this fourteenth incarnation of the popular series, nineteen contestants are deposited on a remote South Pacific island and live together as they struggle to survive and win a million dollar bounty.

One contestant, Edgardo Rivera, is an advertising executive from Miami Beach. Originally born in Puerto Rico, he attended high school in San Juan before moving to Indiana to attend Ball State University, where he played varsity tennis. He then returned to Puerto Rico to begin his career in advertising, before eventually moving to Miami Beach. He currently lives on the beach and is said to frequent South Beach hotspots.
