I had no idea that Miami does this. I am relocating to FL from NY – and NY just finished restaurant week. I get exited looking for Miami homes when I know things like this happen. I linked to a site I have been using above – it has helped me a lot because it has a google maps tool. I hope it can help someone else (I was just so unfamiliar with the areas).
