Pet of the Week: Glitter

Tuesday July 1, 2008
Looking to adopt a new pet? Glitter (shown to the left) is just one of many pets available for adoption from Miami Dade Animal Services this week. He's a ten-month old domestic shorthair. Here's what the Animal Services caretakers have to say about him:

"Glitter is golden! This gorgeous feline with shimmering hazel eyes likes to get comfortable in a warm lap. With all the barking and meowing going on here, Glitter swears he has only had 12 hours of sleep, instead of the usual 17. You wouldn't know this looker has been lacking beauty sleep though. Give him a cozy bed, a hiding box, toys, a scratching post, food, water, and litterbox. More than anything, give him love and attention. That's the secret to helping Glitter sparkle!"
