Forbes Names Downtown/Little Havana Real Estate Hotspot!

A recent Forbes.com study revealed that the Downtown/Little Havana area (ZIP code 33130) is the second greatest appreciating real estate hotspot in the United States! This area appreciated an amazing 153.1% from 2003 to 2005!
