Calle Ocho 2006

Sunday March 5, 2006
One week each March, Miami transforms itself into a traditional Latin street festival. Calle Ocho (SW 8th Street) becomes the scene of Carnaval as over a million spectators gather to celebrate in the city’s largest annual party. If you’d like to join the fun, this year’s festival began on March 4th with the Carnaval Miami 8K run and continues through the grand finale on Sunday March 13th with the Calle Ocho block party.
